A close friend is flying away to parts unknown today. (Well, not so much unknown as foreign, but you get the point.) It's the first time one of our little circle is going to be so far away.

(: thanks. it's nice to start on a new phase of life knowing that the people who are important to me are behind me! and it's always a wonderful feeling to know that you're loved. Mariem and ZY sent me off at the airport. Aqueous NaCl was for the most part avoided.
